SHIPPING All products can be dispached by courier anywhere in Greece and Cyprus to the address you have declared upon submitting your order. The delivery of the orders is executed daily, except of Saturday, Sunday and official holidays.
1. Orders to Greece
The orders are dispatched by the courier companies ELTA Courier and Speedex. The shipping cost is 3,50€. For orders of a total amount over 60€ shipping is free. In case you do not want to pay by credit or debit card, you may pay by cash on delivery, meaning that you will handle the exact amount of the order to the courier employee when the parcel is delivered to you. For this service you will be charged no further expenses.
2. Orders to Cyprus
The shipping cost is 10€. In case of orders to be sent to Cyprus, you are not entitled to pay by cash on delivery.
3. Estimated delivery time
Τhe estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, depending the delivery address and almost 2 to 5 working days for remote areas. In case of orders to be sent to Cyprus, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.
4. Specific terms
We take all necessary actions for the proper and due delivery of our products. However, we may not be able to deliver them to you if the product has not been delivered to us in time by our suppliers due to unforeseeable delays or because the product is not in stock or due to force majeure cases. In this case we will contact you to arrange the execution of your order. If you decide to execute your order partially, we will refund you for the relevant amount by deposit to your bank account.
Our “Company” reserves the right to cancel the order if one of the following occurs;
- Payment is not approved.
- It is impossible to send the products to the area where you live.
- You have not agreed to the terms of the site.
- One or more products had an incorrect price due to a typographical error or were not available or the system is not available or updated due to technical reasons.
In general every order is meteoric until its acceptance by our “Company” and depends on the availability of our products. If we notice that some of the products are not available or there is an unexpected delay in the delivery of your order we will contact you using the details you have provided us in order to agree with you the partial execution or cancellation of your order. If we do not manage to reach you within two (2) working days we will cancel your order automatically and refund you. In case your order will be executed partially, we will return you the correspondent amount within seven (7) working days.
n case you want to cancel your order, you must notify us within one (1) hour of its registration by sending an email to [email protected] or calling us at +302105743751. You will receive an email from us and you will be informed once the price has been credited to your card or account.
In case you have chosen to pay by cash on delivery and if you refuse to pick up your order more than twice, our “Company” reserves the right to receive and execute new orders only if you pay be credit or debit card or bank transfer.
5. Liability upon delivery
Our “Company” insures every product from the moment of the purchase until you receive it and is responsible for its delivery. In case the order is not delivered due to the carrier’s fault, our “Company” may deliver the order within three (3) working days without charging the customer.
In case you receive an order with a damaged packaging, the “Company” does not take the relevant responsibility. In addition, the “Company” does not take responsibility for deliveries that are not executed due to force majeure.
All products are delivered to the address you declared as shipping address so the “Company” bears no responsibility if a product is not delivered to incorrectly registered data. If your order is returned to us because you did not receive it or because the courier company or the post office failed to complete the delivery after two (2) efforts, we can resend the order if you request it. In this case you will be charged any new shipping costs.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw unjustifiably from the contract of sale of our products within fourteen (14) calendar days by the day of receiving it. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract by writing an express statement before the expiration of the above 14-day period. It is important for the withdrawal that you return the product in unworn, unwashed and original-factory condition, with its original tags, complete packaging and accompanying documents, just like before it was sold. You can fill the withdrawal form that you will find in your parcel and in the menu of our site and include it in the package to be returned or send it to our email address. In order the product to be returned, the original purchase document, retail receipt or invoice, may also need to be presented by the person who purchased the product. If you had paid by cash on delivery you should declare a bank account in the as above form as refunds are only processed by bank transfer.
If you withdraw from the contract of sale, we will refund the money corresponding to the value of the products you have chosen. You are not burdened any shipping cost. The shipping cost is paid by the “Company” and it is deducted by the amount that will be refunded to your bank account. If for any reason you did not pay shipping costs when we dispatched your order (order over 60€, promotional actions, etc), the amount of the initial shipping costs will be deducted by the amount to be refunded as well. You are burdened any interbank transaction which may occur if you want us to return the money to a bank account held in a bank with which we do not collaborate, meaning that it will be deducted by the amount to be refunded. If you live in Cyprus the collaborating courier company will indicate you the shipping cost. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. We also recommend you retain the proof of shipment.
Refunds are performed as soon as possible and in any case within seven (7) working days from the day we receive the product and are executed only by bank transfer.
7. Changes – Returns
You have the right to change or return the product you have received. Along with your order, you may find an exchange - refund form that should be submitted to our “Company”. You may also ask for a change or return of a product by calling our “Company”. Please note that all exchanges and returns can only be processed for products in unworn, unwashed and original- factory condition, with their original tags, complete packaging and accompanying documents. Also they should be executed within the time frame stated below. We strongly advise all customers to check underwear, clothes and accessories thoroughly upon delivery and before removing any attached tags and labels. Upon fitting our products please take care that they do not get in touch with anything that may harm them, such as perfumes, deodorant, make up, etc.
Once you decide to return or exchange a product, you should place it in the original shipping box or any other solid packaging, close the packaging and tape securely. You should also place the filled exchange – refund form in the package. Otherwise, you may contact our “Company” by phone and ask the change of a product. In this case you should describe in detail the product you want to buy or give us the code of the product as referred in our website. We accept returns within fourteen (14) working days from receiving the original order. Please fill out your return note, with the order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange and make sure that your return note and your receipt are placed in your parcel. You may also send the return note by email to us. In order the exchange or return to be executed, you may also need to present the original purchase document, retail receipt or invoice. In case you ask for an exchange, you are burdened with the shipping cost of 3.50€ for the first exchange. For any further exchange, the “Company” pays the return cost and the new shipping cost and the total amount of the as above costs will be paid to the “Company” by cash upon delivery after we communicate with you by phone or e-mail.
You can request product exchange:
- If you wish to change your choice. Exchanges can be asked for a different size or another product of equal or greater or lower value than the purchased one. For product exchanges of greater value than the original order value, we will contact you to cover the price difference. If you choose to buy a product of lower value, we will refund you the price difference to the bank account you have declared in the exchange - return form. After we receive the product and undertake a quality control, we will dispatch your new order. You will be charged the shipping costs for the whole process. If you live in Cyprus the courier company will indicate you the cost.
- If you received a wrong order. In the rare case that Bellissimo Club dispaches an incorrect order, we will assume full responsibility for the replacement and delivery of the correct product to the customer within three (3) working days.
- If you received a defective product. In this case, we will replace it at our expenses, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs for our “Company”. The replacement can be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day that you received it after completing the special return form that will be found on the package of your order and including it in the package to be returned or sending it to our email address. After we receive the defective product, we will replace it within three (3) working days. If not available, you will receive an informational email from us regarding the shipment as soon as possible.
